Hello and welcome to the Jeff Berthney State Farm Insurance Agency! I have been a State Farm Insurance Agent in Monroeville, PA since 2009 and look forward to continuing to build great relationships in Monroeville and Allegheny County.

I attended Slippery Rock University where I received my bachelor’s degree in Sport Management and Minor in Business Administration. At SRU, I met my amazing wife, Jaclyn. We’ve found Allegheny County to be a great place to raise our two sons, Micah and Marco, because we’re miles from so many great places within and surrounding the city of Pittsburgh. Outside of work I love to attend concerts, spend time outdoors, and support my kids at their local sporting events.

I grew up in Penn Hills, PA but I’m currently residing in Monroeville. Monroeville is a great place to live because it’s close to everything you need to keep you entertained but the residential areas are quieter and more relaxed. Outside of work, I attend Amplify Church in Plum Boro, PA. I love to paint and design and spend time with my guy and our 6 boys. They keep us on our toes and very busy but all in good fun. I’ve been with State Farm for 7 years and started at Jeff’s office in 2015. At Jeff Berthney State Farm, my specialties are life insurance and customer service, but I’m licensed in all lines of insurance including car insurance, home insurance, renters insurance, business insurance, and anything in between. I am passionate about seeing families really being protected and educating them beyond what they believe they can just ‘afford.’ It is our job to protect all facets and make sure they and their families are whole in the event of tragedy or mishaps, in or out of their control. I grew up and have lived in Monroeville for 27 years. Monroeville is home, and I hope to be a part of the community always. I graduated from Central Cath. (Pgh) in 2011, where I was an Honor Roll student and all-conference offensive lineman. I went on to Saint Vincent College to study PR, Advertising and Marketing. I graduated in 2015, and was a Dean’s List student, all-conference offensive lineman and team captain. I am entering my 4th year as a high school offensive line coach. I also love music, watching football and spending time with family. I’ve been with State Farm almost 2 years. I met Jeff through mutual friends, and after speaking with him about the position, I knew it was the right fit for me and the office. My responsibility is in the lines of property and casualty, though I am licensed to do it all. My role in the office is that of Auto and Fire Consultant; I handle all the auto insurance and home insurance policies but can also assist with renters insurance, life insurance, business insurance and much more.
