"I know the common theme going around is that insurance companies just want your money. But after having insurance on a lot of things, including businesses that I have owned, I have really come to appreciate Jeff’s agency from State Farm. I tend to bounce around from car to car and every time I have called to either update, add, or remove a car to my policy Denise and Mike both have been more than helpful and both have done it with an amazing attitude. Previous experiences from other companies, I cannot say the same for. Every time I call Jeff’s agency, Mike or Denise immediately get back to me if they can’t answer right then and there. Within five minutes, I have my proof of insurance for my new vehicle rates. I have always felt the rates are fair and everyone in the office is extremely nice to deal with. If I could give them a six out of five, I would!"
